  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging, tags, and labels are intact
  • You have your original order confirmation or order number
2 Submit Your Return Request

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order using the template below:

3 Package Your Items

Once your return is approved:

  • Place the item(s) securely in the original packaging
  • Include any tags, labels, and accessories
  • Print the return shipping label we’ll email you
  • Seal the package securely
4 Ship Your Return

Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your return
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

To ensure the health and safety of all the babies we serve, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:

  • Baby Bedding that has been removed from original packaging
  • Baby Towels & Washcloths with tags removed
  • Changing Pads & Covers that have been used or unsealed
  • Any personal care items where hygiene seals are broken

Special Circumstances 🤝

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you, including prepaid return shipping.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas):

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
  • Please allow additional time for international return processing
