Step-by-Step Return Process
Step 1: Check Eligibility
Before initiating a return, please ensure:
- You’re within the 15-day return window from your delivery date
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging, tags, and labels are intact
- You have your original order confirmation or order number
Step 2: Submit Your Return Request
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information to process your request quickly.

Once your return is approved:
- Place the item(s) securely in the original packaging
- Include any tags, labels, and accessories
- Print the return shipping label we’ll email you
- Seal the package securely
Step 4: Ship Your Return
Drop off your package at any authorized shipping location. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
Refund Information
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):
- Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your return
- You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal: 3-5 business days to reflect in your PayPal account
Please Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all the babies we serve, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
- Baby Bedding that has been removed from original packaging
- Baby Towels & Washcloths with tags removed
- Changing Pads & Covers that have been used or unsealed
- Any personal care items where hygiene seals are broken
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or return at no cost to you, including prepaid return shipping.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas):
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
- Please allow additional time for international return processing
